A 100% recycled body fabric is lined with a combination of down and synthetic insulations for targeted warmth without the bulk. This is the layer to keep you going when temperatures drop.

I purchased the 3xl and wear a 3xl in LL Bean this fits, but is slightly uncomfortable zippered up (hopefully this is helpful to plus size ladies). I have been disappointed with this vest. I have alot of Northface gear in the olive green color and I was excited to have a matching vest to complete the look. The vest is filled with down and is incredibly warm. The fabric is not really thick enough for the down and I often have feathers poking through the fabric. I have other northface pants in this color and they've been fairly stain resistant. Unfortunately this vest just seems to stain with every little thing. After only a handful of wears I'm already seeing staining around the neckline and on the shoulders where my hair falls and I have incredibly skin and hair.

This vest is great! It is thin enough to layer with my clothes under a winter coat when it is cold but warm enough to wear on its own as the weather gets warmer. The pockets are deep enough to accommodate my phone and keys without fear that it will fall out of my pocket. The color is versatile. It goes with most of my casual clothes. I would definitely recommend this vest!

This was a gift for my daughter and she absolutely loves it! I have one for myself that I wear all the time and love as well.
