Do not waste your money on this watch if you want the ECG function to work properly with AFib conditions like I have. I switched over to Garmin from Fitbit. I work out just about every day. Typically a mix of workouts, including Elliptical, Running, Biking, Weights, Ab Training. Heart rate is hit and miss at times, Garmin Connect is typically down once a month or so. Features are great, but most of the time just use Strava to record workout and enter manually.
I really like answering my phone using my watch.

Reliable, high quality fitness watch with more features than I will ever know. As a fitness watch, I use it to track my cardio workouts plus daily steps & stairs climbed. But it is also an indispensable companion. Temperature is a quick glance away. With my phone often in a pants pocket, I don't always hear the ringer or alerts. But the Venu notifies me of all that is important to me.

I bought this watch about one month ago over an Apple Watch. Glad I did. Battery life between charges is amazing going on 9 days+ between charges. Features are great and the health information on the watch have changed my day to day activities for the better. The watch is very light making it easier to sleep with to monitor sleep habits. And the available bands allow to dress up or down the watch for any occasion. The phone capabilities are great - no problem talking to or hearing people on the watch speaker. So happy with my purchase and would not change a thing.

El reloj es bastante comodo, resistente y robusto, su fabricación tiene buenos materiales y la pantalla es muy clara, nitida y con excelente resolución, la vibración de la notificaciones es bastante cómodo así como los sonidos de las alarmas, el único detalle es que ne muchas ocasiones no se reciben todas la notificaciones aun cuando el teléfono y el reloj están conectados, al alcance y con todas ellas activas. I bought this watch and after six month I scratch the screen a bit and here in Colombia the official seller cant repair it or replace it obviously paying a fee, so, it basically I would need to buy another expensive one, its a shame.

Took a while to learn *all* the features (two weeks in and and I still have a bit to learn). But easy to use, provides excellent stats on both the watch on the Connect app. Was able to quickly add my favorite activities - Tennis, Pickleball, Spinning, Rowing machine, etc. and put them in order right on the watch.
