Hoka Comfort w/Pull-on Ease

Having "run through" many Hoka's over the years, I was excited to try this one. They have not disappointed! The cushiony makeup of these shoes really help to keep one comfortable, especially if you have any pain issue with your feet or knees. What was particularly attractive to the Transport, was ...

Not for me moving forward

I REALLY wanted to love the Transports. After 5 pair of Bondis, these seemed to address my two greatest complaints with Hoka shoes: sole durability, and just a bit of a cleaner style to de-emphasize wearing running shoes at work. After four wears, I'm initiating a return. The Good: In spite of bein...

Love the shoes but the squeaking!

I always praise the Hoka brand but my bondi's my Tranports's all developed a loud squeak that drives me nuts! I keep having to swap shoes on show sites and it's disappointing because I really do love them. I'd like resolution and a few pairs of transports that don't squeak because I've spent a fortune and recommend them to everyone over the years.

Official Response by HOKA ONE ONE

We never like to hear about material issues on our styles which is why we offer a one-year warranty that covers any material or manufacturing defects. A bit of cornstarch or baby powder sprinkled into the insole often resolves squeaking issues. If this doesn't help resolve the squeaking, we recommend sending them in with your original proof of purchase for an evaluation by our team. Head over to our site bit.ly/HOKAWty to learn more about our warranty and how to take advantage on your end.

Shoe separated from the bottoms

I really liked this shoe at first. But after just a few weeks of wearing, the shoe started to completely separate from the bottom. For the price, I expected much better durability. I don't like wasting money on something that doesn't last, especially when it's supposed to be a premium shoe. Will be returning these and trying the Clifton 9s instead—hopefully they can hold up and will not be another disappointment.

Official Response by HOKA ONE ONE

We want to not only meet but exceed your expectations and agree this pair should've held up for more than a few weeks. Thank you for giving this style a spin. Upon looking into your order, we do see that the new pair is awaiting shipping, and you should be receiving an update with the tracking information soon. We've got you covered on the exchanged pair as well with our 30-day guarantee bit.ly/HOKA30Day.

I'm a convert. Great Shoe

I purchased these in wide. They fit great, and more than that, they are supremely comfortable. And more than that, they have an excellent gait-support, with mid-foot support that allows you to just roll along in a smooth and efficient manner. No need for inserts and no arch support needed. I've worn them almost exclusive for a few months and they still look new. They grip well in shallow snow, and in the wet (great in dry as well). I like the speed laces also. This is the shoe that made me purchase two other shoes from Hoka. I get it now,,,,

I really liked the sea moss green size 13 transports but had to return them because the toe box was so much narrower than all of the other Hoka's I own. This color was not available in wide or I would have exchanged them.

The underside of the tongue is very uncomfortable and when the shoe is tightened cuts in and wears into my foot with normal gym socks. The material is easily dirtied and hard to clean. The website didn't make it clear that the shoes did not have actual laces and there was no way to even determine if the show had laces.

Official Response by HOKA ONE ONE

We never mean to cause confusion with our styles. Any feature is listed under product details to ensure you have everything you need without the features you don't want. If a shoe with laces is your ideal style, we recommend giving our Clifton 9 a chance to impress you. You can easily exchange your pair here bit.ly/HOKAEXRT through our 30-day guarantee bit.ly/HOKA30Day.

This is my fifth pair of Hokas and have loved every pair until now. This pair is rather uncomfortable and I miss he cushioning I have enjoyed in other models like the Bondi. The toggle system used for tying the shoe leaves it feeling very loose, and I will be removing it and going to plain laces. I will continue with the brand but certainly not the Transport.

Official Response by HOKA ONE ONE

Thanks for giving this style a chance but we get it, more cushion is just what you need. You can easily exchange for a plush model through our 30-day guarantee bit.ly/HOKA30Day. To get started on your worry-free exchange, click here: bit.ly/HOKAEXRT.

I now have four pair of Hoka shoes and the Transport is my new favorite. The fit is nearly perfect. I have Clifton's and Bondi also and I really like them but both are just a fuzz short in the toe box. Once worn a few times I hardly notice it now but the Transport was fine right out of the box. I also like the design of the Transport. A bit sturdier built and a sole that can adapt to hiking and casual every day wear without noticing a difference. Can't speak for durability yet but I'll be wearing these a lot so I'm gonna find out!

I was very disappointed with these shoes. The other hokas that I use are the Arahi 6 and Skyward X, for running. They both are amazing. The transports were a huge dud for me. I ended up just liking them so much that I threw them in the trash still practically looking brand new.

Official Response by HOKA ONE ONE

We want you to feel amazing in your shoes, and sadly this pair was a swing and a miss. Thankfully, with our 30-day guarantee, we have you covered. You can send them back within that 30-day window and exchange them for another style. Great product. The tightness didn't work for me. The toe box is narrow. I needed room and very soft sole. Buying other things though. As always.

Need a wider size? We've got you covered. Our Clifton 9, with a balanced sole, is available in a wider size and could be just the fit you need. You can easily exchange your pair through our 30-day guarantee bit.ly/HOKA30Day.
