I like it, but not firm enough
I bought this product so I could roll out before and after workouts while deployed. I like how it is hollow; I can stuff things inside of it when I have limited packing space. I do wish that I would have purchased the the GridX, which is advertised as much firmer. This roller just does not get deep ...

I bought the foam roller as my first pvc and foam filler. I use it after I go out on a run, I focus on my lower body. I have also used it on my back a few times after work or the next morning. the foam roller is perfect for relieving muscle soarness. The length and radius and/ circumference are perfect.
