When I had a similar issue with a Helly Hansen coat's lining flaking, Helly Hansen replaced the coat. I used to think Eagle Creek was one of the best companies that stood behind their products. Not anymore.

It's a nice material, personally, I prefer it to be a little lighter, no sense in carrying around extra weight, if it's not giving it much structure. I wish they still made the tech versions in the see-thru ripstop, or combining tech ripstop with a thin mesh. This would be the ultimate solution. It's really not easy to see thru the mesh. A black mesh with thinner fabric would be more useful IMO.

It is made from durable materials., the pack cubes is generously spacious and the duffel bag gives lot of handles on outside the bag that can be useful to fasten secure to my old own traveling rolling dolly.

I've bought quite a bit from Eagle Creek to test out what I like best. I prefer two medium cubes for travel. If it's an overnight trip one cube is perfect, if it's multiple nights then 2 cubes are perfect (I'm 5'3", I know height plays a role in how much can be fit) . I tried out the sets of M, S,XS and decided I would rather have two M cubes. I fold my clothes KonMarie style and they stay organized within the M cube. I decided I'd rather have a separate laundry bag from elsewhere and a waterproof ziplock rather than the clean/dirty cube, but I still think the clean dirty cube is a great idea. For kids (under 4') the Small cube is perfect for an overnight (holds pj, underwear, shirt, swimsuit, pants). The Medium + S is perfect for multiple days. Kids grow so 2 Medium cubes isn't a bag idea either. The xs cube is good for cords or granola bars, I would prefer not to have this cube and reuse a ziplock. Happy Travels. #sweepstakes

This is my favorite size of the pack-it products. I just bought my five year old some pack-it products. This size is perfect to hold his shirts and pants. It makes finding clothes so much easier than hunting through the mass of clothes in his duffel. This is a great stocking stuffer or gift for a traveler of any age.

I bought my first cube 19 years ago and it was joined by others in the next years. These are the best! Forget the other brands! I can't tell which cube is 19 and which is 3 years old.! They look like new despite my cat liking to nest on them sometimes! I travel for a living and these cubes enable me to get everything I need for 2-3 weeks in a carryon and personal item. Roll things tightly and pack tightly! No need to unpack—just put the cubes on a shelf and see everything. I'm now buying them for my adult kids so they'll stop borrowing mine! I never fear TSA because everything stays in place! Buy these! You won't regret it! FYI two size M cubes sit perfectly side by side in a standard carryon roller bag.
