Great product but really bad durability

It is my second pair of these. I bought my first pair more than five years ago and it still is in great shape. But they seem to have changed the fabric or the way it is sewed because it's been less than a year since I bought my second pair and the fabric is starting to peel off like dead skin on the... knees (see photo).

I bought a pair of these and loved them. Then I made the mistake of buying another name brand just to switch things up a bit. They chaffed the boys. Ouch. Needless to say I immediately bought another pair of the UA 3/4. They're honestly the best. Super comfortable, durable, fast drying, ZERO chafe areas. I just wish they'd restock the other colors!!!!! The phone pocket works perfectly as well. It's not a gimmick like some phone pockets that simply are useless. Take your phone out of your case to reduce bulk and weight. It sits tight to your thigh and doesn't bounce around. For reference I'm 5' 11" and about 175lbs and find the Large fits me great. Don't mess around, just get these. You'll be glad you did.

I'm 5'10" tall, weigh around 225lbs. To get proper compression I buy size medium even though the recommended size is XL. These fit perfectly and comfortably. The length is just right and I love the colors. The double layer pouch front is an added bonus.
