I had been on my feet most of the day wearing an old pair of shoes that still look nice but her my arch after about 2 hrs on my feet. I bought a pair of Superfeet and immediately the pain start fading away. My old shoes now feel very supported and I'm back to wearing the regularly.

These are a very good foot insert. But make sure to possibly get a 1/2 size up in shoe. Because the insert is going to take up your foot space. This is what I did.

Wanted to hold off on putting a review until I really put these bad boys to the test but I must say these insoles are AMAZING! I have had my Bean boots for about 4 years now and wear them all year round (they're the best!) but I recently went on a trip to Japan for a month where we did quite a lot of walking/hiking saw these online before my trip and immediately thought to try them out. They not only gave me the extra support that I needed but added as the title states "shock absorbing" protection on my joints. I am absolutely thrilled with the product and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality insole. I have yet to put them any of my other shoes but so far I would say A+ rating! The only negative bit I have to say is that they are not as "anti-microbial" as I would have hoped. After a month of adventures they did get a little smelly but nothing a little extra airing out and special treatment couldn't handle.

I fractured a hip a few years ago and discovered Superfeet insoles for my hiking boots and walking shoes. They provide the needed support and balance lacking in regular insoles. I bought a new pair because my old L.L. Bean hiking boots were discontinued and I couldn't find a suitable replacement. Replacing the old Superfeet insoles with new ones provided better support and extended the use of my boots. I bought a second pair for my husband's old hiking boots with the same results.

This is my 3rd pair of Superfeet (green) --I love the support that they provide. They're also easy to interchange among the shoes that I wear. It took a few tries, but I finally got it right with Size C for my Women's Size 8.5 Nike running shoes. The suggested Size D for Women's 8.5 were way too wide, even after I trimmed the length. I had also tried lower/medium profiles of Superfeet in Size D, which had the same width problem post-trimming and they were not as supportive as I needed.

With every pair of shoes I've purchased the Superfeet insoles have made a more comfortable shoe than the original insole. They hold up well too.
