Depends on the size
I have used the 29.5 for some time. I have had several. Great outdoor ball with decent lifespan. I ordered the 27.5 for my 6 year old daughter to practice. The 27.5 is awful. It's hard as a rock, and isn't balanced. The dribble isn't consistent.

I like it. It's very nice. I have not used it a lot, but the synthetic leather cover could have been glued a little better. Hopefully with heat and use it rectifies itself. But it's very nice and hopefully it will perform well under all types of weather conditions, which is why I bought it.
