The roof rack is excellent, and very clever the way it clamps onto the weird sidebars that are standard on a 2016 ford explorer. The square bars fit my accessories from my older Thule rack, and it is very solid. Installation instructions could be clearer, but we managed, and are still joking about "click, click"

I purchased a set of mounts and rails for my 2019 Suburban to carry my 17-foot Kevlar canoe. Installing the mounts on the existing, flush-mounted luggage racks on the roof was trouble-free. Over the next few weeks, I travelled almost 1,600 kilometers/1,000 miles with the canoe strapped to the Thule rack and had zero issues. The rack proved to be strong and stable, as I expected it to be from earlier experience on an older Suburban.

I got wonderful advice for choosing a rack for my car. It really was not that difficult to put on. The torque thing messed me up a bit, as the rack was tight and secured but I hadn't heard the clicks. However the next day it allowed another small tightening and then I got the clicks on all four towers. I like this product.

I've had this a month and it has been great - looks good, very solid. The install was pretty easy. Adjustment to my car was good. Fitting the rubber under track seal was a bit finicky - a lot of cutting lengths to get it to fit right. Removal is easy but takes bout 10 minutes. Reinstall is a bit harder as the feet tend to move in and out - you end up moving around the vehicle a couple of times making adjustments and progressively tightening the feet. . Again about 10 minutes.

I used Thule's roof rack for my previous SUV, Ford Explorer When I purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee, I had intended to use their Mopar roof rack Once I received the Mopar rack, it was apparent that it would not work for me. The cross bares were higher and the rack system could not be used as close to the outside edge of the Jeep as the Thule. Which is significant for me in loading my kayaks

I installed this roof rack system on my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. It was easy to install. It fit correctly, except that there is a small gap between the roof rail and the rubber feet This gap may not be a problem if its OK for all the weight on the rack to be transmitted through the Flush Rail Evo metal bracket to the 8 (2 per bracket) roof rail screws and threaded mounting holes. I like the new Wingbars with the split rubber bumper that allows one to attach different rail mounting accessories quickly and seamlessly without having to tie them down with an ugly strap. I haven't actually tried to mount any accessories yet though so we will see how well the work. I don't hear any noise from them when driving at highway speeds.
