System was fairly easy to install, looks great, no noise. This is a great rail system. Adds a great look to the Scooby as well. Very happy with this Rack. I look forward to getting a Roof Tent for Camping this season.

I had the same type of fixed square bar on a previous vehicle. Sold the car and those bars would not fit the new vehicle. Once the bar and accessory to hold our two kayaks were fixed to the bar, the bar would 'pop' onto the foot on the vehicle. To remove, it was as easy as pushing a button and the bars would 'pop' off. The design on the new bar I received for a 2017 Highlander (53") requires a special wrench to put on and take off each and every time, UNLESS the bars are left on with the accessories too (not exactly safe unless you also buy the lock system. Interesting way to increase revenue). The feet on the bars also slide and are not exactly fixed until placed on the vehicle. Not exactly satisfied with the clumsy, awkward design, or having to ensure we keep that specific wrench with the vehicle every time we go on the water. The information provided on the website did not indicate the feet on the bar would slide and not afixed to the bar.
Roof Bars are nice but thats it.

I purchased to Roof bars and fit kit for my Jeep. Fit kit is perfect, the roof bars for some reason come without the rubber padding inserted even though they are pre sized to fit the Jeep and priced that way. The rubber inserts are impossible to fit, they are in a pile in my room and will be thrown away shortly. They are only to support the far superior Yakima SUP Dawg Board Rack so I really stopped fighting the battle Thule put me on with the rubber inserts early and suggest if you need to use the bars to carry anything directly, purchase something else.

Switched cars, old square rack bars unusable on new system, bummer. Have had square bars for 27 years on six cars , new system whines like crazy. Had to wrap bungee cords around bars to break up noise!
