I love these Shoes .... A Great Testimonial and short story!
Greetings! First and foremost, I was never a person who never really cared or put much effort into purchasing shoes. However, that all changed with my first pair of Hoka Cliftons, roughly 5 years ago. I was introduced to this company by a friend who recommended them for my foot problem known as plan...

I would never buy HOKA Again
I will never purchase whole because again. I just had one of the worst experiences with customer service that I've had with any company. I purchased a pair of Clifton nines in August 2024 for the specific purpose of taking a trip to Ireland. Ireland trip happened in September and was moderate walkin...

Great shoes and great service
Had the Clifton 8's in a 9.5 and ordered the Clifton 9 in the same size. Returns was an easy process and ordered one half size up and there much better than the Clifton 8's. Will buy again.
I definitely like the Clifton 9's and wanted to get a pair.
I like the cushion as well as the way it hugs my foot.
Disappointment before race day...
After just 47 miles of running, the black tread had started to separate from the sole of the shoe and became pretty significant tripping hazard during my run. In one spot the black tread actually tore completely away. Unfortunately I need these shoes for a race happening in 2 days so I took pictures then gorilla glued the loose pieces. Expecting HOKA to tell me I voided the warranty based on other reviews but we're gonna try after the race. Such a shame since the comfort factor is on point. My 500 mile, beat up SG5's have held up amazingly so you can imagine my disappointment with these. Hopefully HOKA stands by their product but I'm not holding my breath. The 3 stars might drop...
I would purchase these again.
these are very comfortable and look great too!!!
Best Running Shoe I've Ever Owned!
I wear my Hoka's mainly for long walks and light running. I've owned several different styles, brands, and pairs of running shoes for years. I purchased these shoes as a recommendation from my SIL who just completed a 100 Mile Ultra Marathon run in his Hoka Clifton 9's. Definitely a very comfortable and cushiony shoe. Since I have a high arch, I would prefer additional arch padding. But, overall, an exceptional shoe, and I will definitely buy another pair!
Something changed with the Clifton9
There has definitely been a change in the Clifton 9's. First of all my 11 B is super wide, and they are not as comfortable as my Clifton 8's are. Unfortunately I will have to return them.
Great for all day
They hold up better for long days than my brooks ghost do, I can get through 12 hour shifts being on my feet most of the time without hurting.
WALKING ON A CLOUD
This is my third pair of Hokas, second pair of Cliftons. I'm female but shop the men's shoes because the color choices are better. Hokas totally helped my plantar fasciitis go away while walking. 10K steps? No problem! And no pesky squeak either.
Normal With Really Narrow
Measured the width of my foot. Usually get normal width, so I go normal width Clifton 9s. Mistake, Way too narrow except for those with real skinny feet. Wasted my $$. Disappointed. I've had Hoka in the past and liked them. Not these.

When your shoes aren't the right size, it can definitely be uncomfortable and that's the last thing we want for you. If you feel a wider size could be what you need, you can take advantage of our easy exchanges to get our Clifton 9 wide. You can start your easy exchange here: bit.ly/HOKAEXRT.
