This is my second pair of Hoka shoes. The first pair (Challenger 7) is very comfortable, BUT the Clifton 9 is amazing!!! They are the most comfortable running shoes I have ever worn. Great for a wide toebox.

Came damaged. Left shoe looked liked it was already tried on. Insert had a significant folded crease in it. I took a picture, however no place to download on this review. Felt very uncomfortable in that area like somethingwas pushing up from underneath. Purchased on sale. So no replacement. Only refund money. Love my other Cliffton 9's. So, disappointed I'm just SOL. I did call customer service. Basically told oh well, it happens on rare occasions. Nothing we are going to do to make right except refund your money. Overall, very disappointed with Hoka.
