I typically use Korean sunscreen as they're lightweight and blend better than Western sunscreens that feel thick and congesting. I received this product free in exchange for my honest review, and I'm glad I did, otherwise I probably wouldn't have tried this. It truly feels like a regular lotion. The texture is somewhat whipped, and it blends into my seamlessly and immediately with no white cast on my dark skin. I like the needlepoint applicator which makes it easy to use the two finger application method. I don't have a very good nose, but I haven't noticed any scent. I also like that it hasn't irritated my eyes. It's not greasy, but it is moisturizing. I have combination skin, so I'm looking forward to see how this feels in the summer with no moisturizer underneath. I didn't notice any pilling with my moisturizer underneath, and I think the combo of this sunscreen and a new moisturizer I'm using have made my skin buttery soft. I have acne prone skin, and even after a weekend of sweating at Disneyland, I had no new breakouts using this sunscreen. I'm pleasantly surprised, and would like to see an even lighter formulation that would be good in summer for oilier skin. My go to sunscreen all summer long

When I first got this, I thought it would be similar to other sunscreens I've tried, but I was wrong. This sunscreen is lightweight, moisturizing, and feels comfortable on the skin. I followed the instructions exactly and made sure to apply it 15 minutes before sun exposure. I didn't have any issues with burning, which was a pleasant surprise as someone who burns if I'm in the sun for too long. As someone with medium to deep skin, I was amazed to see that this product didn't leave any white cast. It also wasn't greasy at all, which is something I haven't experienced with many other sunscreens. I love using this sunscreen on my no-makeup days or as a base under my makeup. I also didn't experience any breakouts from it, which was great. It was very easy to remove with my normal skincare routine, and I didn't have to add any extra steps. I love this Coola Classic Face Sunscreen lotion. It is very light weight, fragrance free, and non greasy. I put this on before putting on my makeup and it was great. It wasn't greasy or sticky, it didn't weigh my makeup up down, and I like that it doesn't have a smell. I was kind of skeptical about using it with my makeup, but it turned out great. I definitely recommend this lightweight, but effective sunscreen. This product was received as a part of an educational promotion.

The coola face sunscreen lotion SPF 50 is an excellent choice of daily sun protection that shields me from the harsh uv rays and sun exposure. The best part about the sun protectant is that it's fragrance free! The lotion is gentle and safe for sensitive skin. The consistency of the lotion itself is lightweight and easily absorbed into my skin. It's so hydrating as well so it's perfect for my skin that's lately been dry. It's okay for dark skin, but oily not matte

I love how clean the ingredients are. However, I noticed it's super oily. Especially when you follow the 3 finger rule. After I had applied 3 fingers on my face and neck and went out on a bright Saturday morning without taking another look at the mirror (I only saw while it still had a white caste which was going to disappear in a few mins), i went to the store, did my shopping and was wondering why the cashier was looking at me weirdly. Came back to my car to find out my face seemed like I had bathed it with a cup of oil. Lol. Anyways, it's great, but if you have oily skin and you do the 3 finger rule, it'll be oily and not matte. Also, it does have a slight off smell to it even though it says unscented.3rd photo shows the creamy consistency immediately after rubbing in and last photos shows the oily nature after caste disappears. I loved this Coola sunscreen lotion ! It's great that it is 70 percent organic ! It is clear , non greasy and so lightweight that it is perfect to wear before my makeup every day ! It has a broad spectrum 50 which is amazing , I don't have to worry about my skin with this amazing product ! Love it ! It's so amazing that besides being a sunscreen it feels like a moisturizer , a hydrating lotion with a clear finish ! It is perfect for both daily use as I use it and long active days in the sun like when I go running ! It has an antioxidant rich plant protection complex containing complex containing prickly pear extract , raspberry seed oil, and buriti oil to nourish skin and help fight free radicals ! I love the Coola SPF 50 Sunscreen because it's lightweight, non-greasy, and leaves no white cast. My oily skin stays balanced, even on hot, sweaty days. It provides great sun protection without that uncomfortable sticky feeling that some sunscreens leave behind. Another plus is this sunscreen works beautifully under makeup. I can confidently say this sunscreen truly impressed me. The top three things I lookout for in my daily facial sunscreen is that it is fragrance free, it blends easily into my skin, and is very protective. This sunscreen by Coola checks all three of those requirements! I felt that the formula of this sunscreen was so lightweight and it felt like a moisturizer, which helps a lot when you are in the sun on a hot summer day. It also helps when I wore this sunscreen under my foundation, it made my makeup base look so healthy and radiant. The way that this sunscreen protected me from the sun really impressed me too. I'm so happy I got to try the Coola spf 50 Frgrance Free Facial sunscreen. I have dry skin that gets drier in the winter and this sunscreen layered beautifully over my facial moisturizer without pilling or leaving behind any white cast. It felt like it was adding an extra layer of hydration that sunk in well and also reapplied very well without feeling like it was building up or getting sticky or greasy. I think with the texture of this product, people with less dry skin than me will be able to get away with wearing this without added moisturizer underneath especially in more humid climates or in the summer. My favorite thin about this sunscreen has to be all of the additional beneficial ingredients that it provides on top of being broad spectrum and water resistant. It incudes antioxidants which pair well with sun protection to fight sun damage and I love that the number one inactive ingredient is actually aloe instead of water, which I think lends to the hydrating nature of the sunscreen.
