I found the meal to be light in weight. It was easy to carry. Also, it had a good taste. The amount of salt was more than I wanted. It would be improved by decreasing the amount of salt. I would purchase the item again.

Even for a dehydrated meal this is not one of their best. Seems to have a chemical taste. Their Italian pepper steak dinner is very good but they are discontinuing that one for some reason. Would not recommend the Chicken Fried Rice

With the perfect rice, a nice variety of veges, egg, real chicken pieces, onions, and spices...this has got to be on or near the top of everyone's favorites. I am not saying its the best one they make, but I can't really think of a better one at the moment.
