Bondi 9 12.5 EW (all black) most comfortable shoe ever!
OK, I've only owned them for a week, but these 12.5 EW's get a no-brainer 5 Star rating from me! And if they only last 3-4 months, I'll be disappointed, but will still give them 5 Stars. Hands down the most comfortable and best fitting running/walking/hiking shoes I've ever worn! BEWARE OF SIZING...

Bondi 6-8 END OF ERA giving us the Bondi 9 and I'm SAD
I get 10+ pairs a year of Bondi shoes. Bondi 6 shoes, the BEST EVER IMO, and have worn all Bindi series since Bondi 1, The Bondi 6 will always be king of the BEST. CON: fit and feel. Plush feel but soles break down really fast

Loved the Bondi 8 and really liked the plush feel of the Bondi 9 for the first 4 weeks. However, after just 6 weeks of use the soles really broke down and my feet would roll to the outside. Both left and right. Just not wearable after just 6 weeks. :(

This is my first time buying Hokas. I heard about them before but I just couldn't justify the purchase because of the price. Having them now I don't feel regret buying them. The shoes are very comfortable and I can go hours on my feet without getting as sore as I used to with other brand shoes.
Every iteration of the Bondi gets narrower

This is my third pair of Bondi's. Mainly because Hoka only offers this one style in limited colors in an extra wide width. My first pair of light grey ordered two years ago, and were great right out of the box. I vowed at that time that I would never walk (5-7 miles daily) in anything but Hoka again. I then bought the black with white trim, have worn for a year and still have issues with the toe box rubbing on the top of one of my toes. I just ordered the Bondi 9, as the description indicted that the fabric was mpliable. I am returning the Bondi 9 as they are so tight right out of the box with a much narrower toe box an feels narrower all around. I wish that Hoka would offer a true extra wide plush walker and offer it in more styles than colors. I feel like Hoka is no longer an option for me and several others with hard to fit wide feet as they have changed the design for the worse, and offer no other shoes in extra wide. Just my opinion but Hoka is leaving alot of money on the table with this design/business decision

The Bondi is back

My first pair of Bondis were the Bondi 3. They were ugly Frankenstein shoes, but I l was recovering from a major foot surgery and they felt like heaven. I have owned several pairs of each generation until the Bondi 8. The 8's hurt my feet after a very short time wearing them. Thank you Hoka for bringing the fat ride of the Bondis back. So far, I have bought 2 pairs of the ninth generation.
