Bought a newer SUV. Rear seats are flat, and everything I throw back there tumbles around because I drive with purpose. Bought this, and have it sit just behind driver seat. PERFECT! NOTHING tumbles. It is made really well, and of course, looks cool !! Several people have commented that they didn't know The North Face made 'such a thing'... Love it!

It feels very sturdy, It's spacious and has two mesh compartments in the inside and one in the outside. I use it for different things like carrying tools, camera gear, groceries, and beach gear. It's great for roadtrips, not so great for air travel as it is not as light (but that is due to its sturdiness). I opted for this size instead of the M or L because it fits my day to day better. The things I would like to see be implemented might be a removal top cover. And a padded shoulder strap. The shoulder strap is it's biggest drawback if you are carrying heavy items or carrying it for a while. You can easily replace the strap with a padded one so it's not the end of the world but it would be nice to have it from the get go.
