Aquaseal

It didn't do the job on my waders, but it seemed that the glue was far from as runny as the instructions implied it would be. I think I'll try something else.

I purchased the Aqua Seal kit to repair a leak in a pricey air mattress we've had for years. The leak developed into a 1/2" tear right along the seam. I was able to trim the patch and attach the patch with extra room to spare. I let it set overnight and it was ready for use the next day.

I have bought this kit multiple times. My son is an avid fisherman. He swears by this wader repair kit. It's easy to use and creates a tight waterproof seal. Also the small size of the kit tucks into fishing vests and tackle boxes, so it is very portable.

This would be ideal for small punctures or tears. My problem was leaky seams in the neoprene "bootie" of one leg, and there was barely enough adhesive to cover the affected seams. Would not have been enough if I had to reseal all of the seams in the "bootie". Just be sure that you estimate the amount that you will need for your particular repair, and order accordingly.

If you have leaky waders, this can be used to patch them easily. I did not try to quick fix but patched them overnight: Easy and effective. I will keep a tube on hand.

Best Wader Repair

I have tried numerous products to patch the slow leaks which often occur in my neoprene waders and have found Aquaseal to be the best. Be aware, however, that this wader repair kit contains only 1/4 oz of Aquaseal, not the 3/4 oz tube which I am acustomed to receiving. When patching neoprene, it is difficult to locate the exact spot of the leak and you have to cover a wide area to seal the leak. 1/4 oz doesn't go very far.

Wouldn't be without this little kit. Follow the directions and it works well. I go through one a year- the small tube dries up before the next season. Could save a day on the stream. Cheap insurance.

These are handy size to carry. Bought this one as spare to earlier purchase of this item. Tube feels liquid and not dried out as some other reviews had claimed. Good product for patch jobs to waders which I hope is never necessary but just in case!

My old waders developed a small leak after 4 yrs of hard use. I bought new but wanted the old ones for a spare or lender pair. After some online research on finding and patching leaks I was able to easily find and patch the leaking area. The waders are now water tight and will be handy if the new ones get a puncture or guests need a pair. I did the patch at home but it could also be done on the river or lake if needed. The kit is small and very portable
