I tried the Teriyaki flavor. A small serving size or 1 serving size(1 oz) goes a long way. I kept me full and satisfied for a couple of hours. From the time I ate it as a snack until lunch, I was able to wait. I was a little hungry for dinner, but not starving which was good. It is easy to open t...he package. I like that the package is resealable. I like the design and size of the package. I like the black color with the purple-teriyaki, blue-original. I like that a part of the package is transparent and you can see the product. It said the package had 2.5 servings. I think it may be closer to 2 servings per package instead of 3. I like that the product has 10 grams of protein per serving. Since it has 220 mg of sodium, I would recommend only 1 serving a day depending on the other types of food you eat and if you put salt on your foods. Also, I like that 1 serving only has 70 calories. I like that because I like that something that is low in calories can fill me up so much. I like that it is grass-fed beef. I do not like that this product has 5 grams of sugar. After reading the ingredient list, I would never purchase this product. I do not like that it contains soy and soy sauce. There are way too many ingredients that contain and add sugar. The sugar is unnecessary. It even contains brown sugar. If someone does not care about the ingredients, I would recommend this product to the person. If someone cares about ingredients, I would not recommend this product to someone. One positive thing about the ingredients is that I recognize all the ingredients. There are no chemicals or weird ingredients. I like the color of the jerky. I like the size of jerky. I do not like teriyaki flavor., but I was surprised that the teriyaki for this jerky was not strong. I like the flavor a lot. Even though it has 5 grams of sugar, it was not sweet at all, which I liked. I liked the texture. It was chewy and soft. It was easy to chew. I may recommend this product to people depending on their preference. As long as the person sticks to 1 serving, they should be ok. This product is good for older kids, teens, and adults. Elderly people may have trouble chewing it especially if they have dentures. If someone has food allergies, read the ingredient list before buying. It says it is Gluten-free and has the certified gluten free label. This is a good snack or something to take while traveling and to consume after exercising.
