Great Piece, but not what I was looking for

I've owned the Everyday Long Sleeve Half Zip for several years, back when they didn't even make the Oasis. I was never quite sure what the difference between the two was, until I bought this. I've used the Everyday LS top as a snug base layer, either under a cyciing jersey, or while running (I don't...

Through the wringer

Sizing is good I suppose I got size L im 6'2" 210, its v tight but xl is HUGE on me. My main issue is its very short, i cant tuck it in anywhere and if i bend over in the slightest it rides up my back. I used to wear it at work while I was all the way up North in a site office and even sitting at a ...

I bought this wonderful shirt for a man who "refuses to wear wool!!!" Even though we live in cold New England. AND he's always cold in winter. BUT he loves this shirt, says it fits perfectly and is "so comfortable." I think we've made a convert here and I'm thrilled.

I love the trim fit of this layer. I find its the perfect weight to layer under a light fleece and a shell for skiing, or under a windbreaker for ski touring. The material feels soft and durable.

I have used this shirt as a stand alone piece when I'm around LA and it looks darn well! I get compliments constantly about how well it fits. I have also used these piece as my base layer when summiting up Mt Whitney and Mt Baldy when they were covered in snow. Utilizing merino wool as a base layer allowed me to wear less layers than all my peers, where they were using synthetic materials. Also, when wet, I was still warm, where my team had to stop and change. I really appreciated the half zip, as we neared the bottom of the mountains, I would zip down to vent out some body heat. I'm really impressed and would recommend the set of base layers. (Both top and bottom).

i spend my life in the mountains, and as a skier, surveyor and general athlete I am really choosey about the gear I trust. Icebreaker has been on the menu for years and this piece will be used for many more. the half zip is a great ventilation tool for skinning, where extreme temperature and comfort swings are the norm. I forget im wearing it and that is exactly what I need it for.

I've been using this top skiing this season, and love it! It keeps my body temp in check. Not too hot or too cold during long days on the mountain. The fit is perfect. I have a large and am 6'2 205lbs for reference.

I wear this everywhere I go when I am outside. I mainly use it when I am hiking or skiing. Layering is the key to staying comfortable. This long sleeve is always my goto base layer. It is incredible how it help your body regulate the temperature and never feels sweaty. The Icebreaker Merino Wool feels dry and warm. There is no itch on the skin. It is super lightweight and doesn't add any bulk to your outwear. If the weather is a little warmer, I will wear an Icebreaker t-shirt under it and the take off the long sleeve when the I hit a warm part of the day. It bundles easily in a small pack or even a shell jacket pocket. I am 155# and 5.11. Medium fits perfectly.

Bought the oasis half zip for my husband for Christmas. He loved it, but prefers the fit not so tight so returned for a large. He is 5'10" 175 lbs.

Another superbe piece of gear that makes me appreciate winter. The ideal mix between breathability and warmt. I've never overheated nor freezed in it yet. I wore it for ice climbing in -20°C temps, snowshoeing and skiing. I'm not a huge fan of half-zip because I find the stiffness of the zipper to be on the way of my chin most of the time but it's not that bad on this baselayer. I'm 5'10'' and the medium is perfect fit
