Love them
I've been prescribed Hoka plush shoes for my Sesamoiditis injury recovery, and I wanted a waterproof pair- so, here I am trying out the Kaha 2. My first pair for recovery was the Stinson 7's, which worked perfectly, and I can say my foot has greatly improved. I've worn them down though and they don'...

Non-inclusive warranty process, but I love the shoe for work
Just past 60 days of wear and these have a defect where the seam is coming apart on the upper toe box area. I bought these after one week at my horticulturist, outdoors job because my feet were in so much pain. They've helped a ton and I love them, but I was disappointed in the quality after only a ...

poor ankle cushioning
I was astounded to try these expensive and well-rated boots on to discover minimal cushioning around the ankle. The internal ankle structure material is rigid with little more than fabric covering it to cushion the ankle. I am sure that with minimal use the ankle support material would be rubbing directly on my skin. Even before trying them on I was already thinking of a duct tape/moleskin solution. Not what you want to pass through a customer's mind - how do I fix this expensive brand new boot? A beautiful boot in so many ways, but back they go.

Official Response by HOKA ONE ONE
We totally understand that the Kaha 2 ankle support isn't up to your standards. Our Anacapa 2 Mid GTX are more cushioned and supportive than the Kaha. You may be able to exchange the boots if you are still in our 30-day time period! You can find out more about the guarantee here: bit.ly/HOKA30Day.
THEY DO NOT HONOR WARRANTY BEWARE
I first want to say the boots were great for the first few months until the sole towards the front became unglued on both shoes.Boots are comfortable but the worst is when I contacted them reguarding my warranty which is still a month away from expiring they told me it's too close to the warranty expiration date and also that is considered normal wear and tear.I couldnt believe that told me it's considered normal for your boot to become unglued.Just sucks I will never purchase another pair of hokas again and I never had a problem with the running shoe banda 8 but I will never give this company another penny after knowing they do not stand behind there product and tried every excuse to not honor the warranty. I wish I could upload the pictures of the chat I had with the representative but it's not letting me.

Official Response by HOKA ONE ONE
We totally understand your frustration regarding your warranty inquiry. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover normal wear and tear and the frequency of usage can contribute to any shoe breaking down faster than normal. You can check out the warranty information page on our site for more info: bit.ly/HOKAWty.
Great for walking dogs
I live in the Black Hills of South Dakota and walk the dogs almost everyday in the Black Hills National Forest logging roads. These Hokas keep my feet warm and support my ankles and the cushioning and support is great. I got my Kahas at Scheels and lucky for me they were on sale. The color Hot Sauce still looks like new. The grip on rocky surfaces have kept me upright and that is importantly me as a 76 y/o.
Wonderful boots!
So I got them for work and cold weather. They are gorgeous shoes. They are a lot stiffer than I expected them to be but I'll break into them. Thanks Hoka for Wonderful shoes!
Love this hiking shoe!
We hiked in Rocky Mountain National park with these shoes! They felt like pillows on my feet, so o for table I could have hiked for days! Great hiking shoe!
Loved them but too narrow. Wish they came in Wide
I normally wear a wide in HOKA. I loved this style and took a chance they would fit, but I didn't get lucky. I kept the other style that I ordered that were wide.
good product annoying company
The benefits of the shoes are far outweighed by the constant barrage of emails from the company. Excellent way to drive away new customers.
So sad
I really wanted to like these boots! I have worn Hoka Running shoes for years and was looking forward to having boots that I could wear to work. I wore these for one shift and after just a couple of hours, the inside of my ankle bones had huge red spots and were in so much pain I had to take the boots off. Hoka please make a boot where the lace hooks don't dig right into your ankle bone! I just completed a return because I'm so disappointed. Even after lacing them different ways and trying them with different socks, they still caused so much pain.

Official Response by HOKA ONE ONE
Ouch! We take your issue very seriously and hope you are recovering from the pain. We are glad you had no problems with returning the Kaha Boots and wanted to let you know that we have another boot that may work better for you called Anacapa 2 Mid GTX. If you need assistance with going over the specs of the product, feel free to contact us at the number listed on our help center link: bit.ly/HOKAHelps.
Love these hiking boots
I buy my Hoka's online because I can get medium width. Stores only carry wide. I would do even better with a narrow width, but unfortunately they are not available. Otherwise, Hoka's are the best shoes I've ever had. I get a new pair every year, but I'm still wearing my old ones! I wore corrective shoes from ages 2-14 (I'm now 76). I don't buy cheap shoes!! Now that I've found Hoka's, that's all I buy. They are fabulous! PLEASE start making narrow widths! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
