Removing overlays and hotmelts, the stripped back upper has been consciously crafted with a plusher heel, reflective heel panel, and streamlined tongue with single side medial gusset. Best for everyday runs and walking.

I didn't like the color, so I returned them. However, I never got notified if the return had been completed. So far I have not received a refund. I have tried to reach out to the company, but continually get a notice that their return department is undergoing some type of maintainance work. I will continue to try and get in touch with them. I am not at all impressed with customer service.

BIG HELP WITH PLANTAR FASCIITIS

I bought my first pair of Clifton 9s last year after suffering with plantar fasciitis for 9 months. Within 2 weeks, the pf pain was gone. This is my second pair. Love this shoe for walking! I normally wear a size 10, so my first pair of Cliftons was a 10. I decided to try a 9.5 this time, and it's a better fit. Highly recommend this shoe!

Not sure why Hoka keeps stacking the height of the sole. It makes the shoe look HUGE. I have the prior Clifton 9 and it was fine. I also don't like the prominent back of shoe "flip out", it looks ridiculous.
