I'm coming to Hokas from a zero-drop, neutral platform so these Mafate Speed 4's with the 4mm drop are my first test…. And they are a GAME CHANGER! The responsive cushioning and the slight heel/toe drop have truly revolutionized my comfort level and alleviated my low back pain!

Not as comfortable as the Bondi 8 and 9 they have much more cushioning. Mark four has a good grip and fit wish it have more cushioning.

I've got about 50 miles on the Hoka Mafate Speed 4 now and so far and I really like them. For me, they fit much better than the Speedgoat. The traction is excellent and they are very comfortable. They seem to be good quality and I hope to get many, many miles on them.
